Details of "FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST" Second Season TV Anime Released

&nbps; Details on the second season "Fullmetal Alchemist" TV anime has been officially released. Its first series made a mega hit that was aired for a year in October 2003.

Following the first season, its animation production is handled by the anime studio Bones. Its director, character design, and music has changed, and the direction is handled by Yasuhiro Irie (who handled "KURAU Phantom Memory" (director, script, animation director), "Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu" (animation supervisor, animation director, key animation), "SOUL EATER" (Opening storyboards, animation director, key animation)), character design is done by Hiroki Kanno (who handled "Fushigi Yuugi", "Cowboy Bebop", "Psalms of Planets - Eureka Seven", "Ouran High School Host Club" (animation supervisor, etc), and the music is handled by Akira Senju (who handled "Gensomaden Saiyuki the Movie", "Mobile Suit Victory Gundam", etc). The voice casts are same as its previous series: Romi Paku for Edward Elric and Rie Kugimiya for Alphonse Elric, etc.

What waits beyond the travelling path of Ed and Al - hope or despair...?

The anime will starts its first show from April 5 2009 (Sunday) from 17:00 on MBS (Mainichi Broadcasting System, Inc.) / TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting System, Incorporated) related national television network.
